Royal Palm Beach Is Moving Faster Even With More Choices
Here is the fact that changes what you should know right now. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 340 homes sold in ZIP 33411 during the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is up 30.8% from the same three months in 2025. More buyers showed up, and more deals closed.
Redfin reported on October 14, 2026 that West Palm Beach is a buyer's market, with sellers outnumbering buyers by 67.8%. That is a real headwind. But the local numbers tell a more specific story.
Royal Palm Beach kept moving. The Real Estate Data Aggregator recorded 352 pending sales, up 22.2% from a year before. Buyers are still writing contracts here.
Homes Are Selling Faster
The Real Estate Data Aggregator put the median days on market at 81 days. That is 11 days shorter than the same period in 2025. Not every home sold fast. But the middle of the market moved quicker than it did a year ago.
Nearly 1 in 5 homes went under contract within two weeks of listing. The Real Estate Data Aggregator put that share at 18.2%, up 3.3 points from a year before. Well-priced homes are still finding buyers quickly.
Price: Steady With a Small Dip
The Real Estate Data Aggregator put the median sale price in ZIP 33411 at $479,250. That is down 0.2% from a year before. A small dip, not a slide. Prices held close to where they were.
Realtor.com reported on September 30, 2026 that the median list price across the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach metro area was $490,000. Royal Palm Beach's median sale price of $479,250 sits just below that metro figure.
The Real Estate Data Aggregator showed homes averaged 96.7% of list price at sale. That is up 0.2 points from a year before. Sellers gave a little ground, but not much.
9.4% of homes sold above list price. That is up 3.2 points from the same period in 2025, according to the Real Estate Data Aggregator. A small but growing share of sellers got more than they asked.
More Listings, But Supply Is Tighter
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 395 new listings in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is up 12.5% from a year before. More sellers came to market.
Even so, months of supply fell. The Real Estate Data Aggregator put it at 3.9 months, down 2.3 months from a year before. Buyers absorbed the new supply faster than it built up.
The Wider Picture
Mortgage rates are a real factor for buyers right now. Realtor.com reported on September 30, 2026 that rates topped 7% for the first time since January 2025. CNBC reported on October 14, 2026 that Fannie Mae forecast an average 30-year fixed rate of 7.4% for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Higher rates slow buyers down nationwide. Redfin reported on October 14, 2026 that estimated homebuyers across the U.S. in September fell to 928,892, the lowest since 2013. That is the national pressure Royal Palm Beach is working against.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported on September 29, 2026 that U.S. house prices rose 2.6% from July 2025 to July 2026. The local median dipped 0.2%. Royal Palm Beach moved a little differently from the national trend.
- Royal Palm Beach saw 340 sales and 352 pending deals in the three months ending August 31, 2026. Homes sold 11 days faster than a year before.
- The median price held near $479,250. The wider market has real pressure from rates, but buyers here kept showing up.
